Hi, I just wanted to write to say that I had an outstanding experience with Moritz today. I have a very high expectation when it comes to the level of service you should receive when you buy a luxury vehicle and today Moritz met that expectation. I had trouble with my factory recalls on my BMW (not Moritiz’s fault) and was able to make a deal to get in another vehicle. Jon the GM got involved to help and Ed (in used car sales) made sure the new car we received was perfect before letting us go. I would highly recommend buying a car from these guys, because at the end of the day you know they will do their very best to make it right. They had opportunities to cut corners, but they choose the best route for us and that made us feel like they really did care. So for my first review online, GO MORITZ:)
